Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to ensure every product you receive meets your expectations. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns or replacements only for the following reasons:
- The product is defective or damaged
- You received the wrong item, size, or design
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for some of our products due to there custom nature (including printed and made-to-order items). As such we currently do not accept returns for:
- Buyer’s remorse (e.g., change of mind, ordering the wrong size or color)
- Wrong size ordered (please refer to our size chart carefully)
- Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
- Worn, washed, or used items
- Shipping delays outside our control
To Request a Return or Replacement
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Clear photos showing the issue.
- A brief description of the problem
- Your order number
We will investigate and offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or a full/partial refund.

Return Shipping
- You do not need to ship the item back in most cases.
- If a return is necessary, shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility, and we will provide instructions.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. However, if you received a faulty or incorrect item, and your request is approved, a replacement will be sent to you at no additional cost.
Refunds are issued only for:
- Items damaged upon arrival
- Items lost in transit (after proper verification)
- Orders that haven't entered the production phase or not yet shipped.
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Shipping Times, Delays & Locations
Our items are fulfilled by multiple suppliers and may ship from different locations. As a result, delivery times can vary based on your location and the specific product ordered.
Delays caused by customs, holidays, or shipping carriers are beyond our control, but we will always do our best to keep you informed and updated.
Please note:
- Estimated delivery times typically range from 3 to 45 business days.
- Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages.
- Delivery timeframes depend on product availability, destination country, and local courier services.
