1. Where do your products ship from?

We work with reliable fulfillment partners and warehouse facilities around the world. Depending on the item and your location, products may ship from fulfillment centers in the U.S., Europe, or Asia to ensure optimal production time, inventory availability, and shipping efficiency.

2. How long will my order take to arrive?

Shipping times vary by product and destination. On average:

• Apparel & printed items: 2–10 business days after production

• Other items: 10–20 business days, depending on your location

Please note that production can take 2–5 business days before shipping. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way!

3. Why did I receive my order in multiple packages?

To speed up delivery and optimize production, we ship items directly from the fulfillment location that’s best suited for each product. This means you may receive separate packages if your order includes different types of products.

4. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes – but only if the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Because most of our products are made-to-order or shipped directly from our suppliers, we do not accept returns for reasons like wrong size, change of mind, or shipping delays. If your item is defective or incorrect, please contact us at support@jaynali.com within 7 days of receiving it and include:

• Your order number
• A photo showing the issue
• A short description of the problem

If eligible, we’ll offer a replacement or refund. Most returns do not require shipping the item back.

5. How do I choose the right size?

We recommend checking the size guide on each product page before placing your order. Sizes may vary slightly by item due to different manufacturing sources.

6. Where is your store based?

We’re an online global store with fulfillment partners across multiple regions. This allows us to offer a wide variety of unique products while keeping costs competitive for you.

7. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you made a mistake at checkout. We may be able to correct it before the order goes into production. Once an order is in processing, address changes may not be possible.

8. Do you offer custom or personalized products?

Yes! Some of our items are customizable. If personalization is available, you'll see customization options on the product page.

9. How can I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order is shipped. Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear depending on the carrier.

10. I haven’t received my package yet—what should I do?

If your order is delayed or you haven’t received tracking updates, please reach out to us. We’ll contact the fulfillment partner and make sure your issue is resolved as quickly as possible.
